Great value for money. Awesome location. The room is really nice... it could be quite confusing because the hotel is huge. Overall, awesome stay. I'd stay here again.

First things first! I miss the smell of this place, I wish I could have my home small as good as it did in this motel!! Breakfast was an amazing array of multi cultural food perfectly cooked and displayed, room service was excellent, dinner in the dining area was absolutely amazing better than we have had anywhere, the steak and burgers were the best we have had. The service provided by the many workers here at any time 24/7, was impeccable! They were friendly, caring and so helpful, they literally remember your room number, what food and drinks were your favourites, we will miss this place so much 11/10 can’t recommend highly enough, a massive thank you to everyone at the Royale Chulan !! Can’t wait to bring the whole family

I have stayed at the Royal Chulan many times over the years. I like it because it has huge comfortable rooms and is set in its own quiet compound a block or so from the bedlam and extensive shopping of Bukit Bintang. Although recent construction has rendered that block or so quite a trek, a new MRT station at its front door has now made it super convenient to locations throughout KL. Notable also are its breakfast options, which span the whole Asian range along with the usual Western offerings.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The pool was an excellent size and there is a small gym which was adequate for our holiday needs. Staff were helpful & friendly. We were able to walk to all main attractions.

Not a high rise, traditional Malaysian style building, 5 minutes walk to the Pavilion mall. 20 min walk to Petronas towers. Superb choice at breakfast. Spacious but a little dated room.

What i liked about our stay was that the hotel made a very great gesture of making us a mini surprise for our 5th year anniversary. We were surprised as not many places does that. For the price, and the hotel and the breakfast included with it, it was worth it eventhough the place was a bit worn down and has some mold and dirt around, i wouldn't expect much considering the price but it would be great if you could fix and remove the mold around in the toilet. Breakfast selection was amazing, though i didn't get the chance to enjoy everything. I personally love the building as it gives me a vibe of anhotel in my country with the fraction of the price. It fits the hotel aesthetic that i love. The location was okay if its just adults, but having to use a stroller for a long sweaty walk is a bit tiresome, but there’s always Grab.

Great location travelling to different locations in KL because MRT Conlay is situated opposite the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony was a bonus. The staff were very helpful and professional. Good sized swimming pool. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

July 12,13,14 - 2024 Studio king room 401. Located 2 min from LRT station. Fast friendly check-in. Very good size studio. Dinning table, excellent desk. 2 tvs. 2 sofas. Very clean, immaculate conditions. Huge bathtub, shower, toilet area. So many delicious choices at breakfast, in a nice bright room. Oven fresh croissants. 5-6 cook to order station in addition to the usual egg station. Roti coming hot from the cooking plate. Wow. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet strong ac. Lotion, coffee, writing pad NOT replenished. Overall a great, memorable experience. We will be back.
